COACHING
Guided skills improvement, for your unique needs
Do you need to be more influential at work? Do you have a major presentation coming up? Have you just taken on a leadership role and need to communicate with a broader team?
Chris will work with you to develop the skills you need, with a tailored and practical coaching program.
What DOES coaching Involve?
Coaching is a collaborative activity, where the coach plays the role of change facilitator and the coachee is responsible for implementing agreed actions between sessions.
Chris includes both theoretical and practical work in each session, tailored to the topics you would like to work on.
Practical work can include rehearsals, role playing or Chris's attendance at one of your speaking events.
The Program
Our standard program consists of six one and a half hour sessions over a period of three to four months. Chris has found that this is the best length of time to work on new behaviours between sessions and have real change at the end of the program.
At the end of each session, you'll agree with Chris on the things you’ll work on before you next meet.
If you have specific time limits or other constraints, ask Chris to tailor a program for your needs.
Support
Between sessions, Chris is available for questions and clarification, via either email or phone. Chris will send you a summary after every session and a prompt before the next.
If relevant, Chris will send you worksheets, assignments and reading to help with your learning.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY

GROUP CAPTAIN JAMIE BOYD
ROYAL AUSTRALIAN AIR FORCE
Chris's mentoring approach to developing my personal
communications strategies and skills was significantly more comfortable and successful than I expected. As an old dog, I did not expect that I would learn new tricks. The habits of a lifetime, deeply engrained, were such that I did not expect to experience the real change that our sessions provided.

LIEUTENANT MATTHEW LAVERTY
ROYAL AUSTRALIAN NAVY
Public speaking has never been a strong point. Chris has provided me the foundations to approach public speaking without the usual trepidation ensuring that the message I am seeking to impart is received by my audience.
